Pros

Good pay if you can really sell. You get an hour break for whatever When I wasn't selling I could just hang out and talk with my co workers

Cons

Selling involves facing competition and it could get ugly Expectations of customers can be overwhelming Tiring because you got to keep moving

Pros

Strong training program, awesome employee discounts and first look at upcoming trends, professional work environment, fun co-workers, practiced a lot of communication and interpersonal skills,

Cons

Standing on your feet all day is really tiring. Slow days can get really boring. Customer returns are subtracted from your commission.
