      Wonderful people to work with, all very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information, IF you ask questions Great management Great location Terrific benefits Room for advancement Able to relocate if desired You will learn a lot and can gain valuable experience Aside from pay, great place to work overall Can be flexible with schedule Pretty good to employees

      YOU CAN NOT SUPPORT YOURSELF ON A NORDSTROM INCOME ALONE! You MUST have some form of supplemental income to work here. This is a job for a college student or a married person who has other financial support. No matter what they tell you, the income from the "major" sales is not as big as they make it out to be, and the earning potential IS limited. When you do do well after a big sale, you better save the extra, because your next paycheck will be extremely low. This job is not for someone who expects a consistent income. Due to constant changes in the economy and due to constant returns from customers, you make get a "decent" check one pay period, and a grossly insufficient the next. No matter how good of a salesperson you are, people WILL return items, and it WILL negatively effect your paycheck. As far as pay, it is not commisurate to the effort you put forth. You do not get what you put in.
