Pros

Great work atmosphere. Creative control in regards of food vendors and merchandise. Pay is higher than most in the same position compared to other employers.

Cons

Training was not engaging; very bland and boring book reading. More rules and regulations being attached to a large high end department store. Resources and upper management styles are more retail driven; food service seems more to the side.

Pros

Beautiful store! Back of house is clean and efficiently laid out to serve costumers quickly.

Cons

All luxury merchandise especially RTW and handbags is a joke compared to competitors. We are not the same as the states.
