flexible hours and fun location in Los Angeles

Cons

-terrible pay -constant pressure to meet goals (in a recession) -penalized for RETURNS(company has a generous return policy-not FAIR) -hiring guidelines not the best and product knowledge training not great -Petty-high school behavior from management on down -managers pick and choose least qualified for promotions -must earn benefits--hard to do
