Pros

Better wage than comperable positions, good benefits, fair practices, open door policy with management including President of company, supportive of employees advancing from within, helpful and interested HR people. Overall a great working environment.

Cons

Perception as an exclusive employer are not completely unfounded. They look for the best people and in this business fashionable is better. Unfortunately in this commision based environment most people don't survive the salesfloor long.

Pros

Decent benefits (ie. life insurance, stock options), great wage for server at minimum (7.50) + tips. Better than working as a server at regular franchise imo.

Cons

Management used to be amazing for the first year I worked there, then everybody either got promoted or left and the new management was terrible / sub par.
