Pros

Good opportunity to gain sales and customer service experience. Decent discount and free clothes when possible. It is an alright work environment.

Cons

Way harder to be promoted then they say. Hard to meet your sales goals. They expect you to improve from last year's numbers even though we're in a recession and people just aren't shopping. Customers can be a huge pain.

Pros

Highly organized company, provided excellent job training, great services provided in the store, treated employees extremely well, competitive commissioned salary, lots of recognition for good work, friendly and competent staff, room to move up, very relaxed atmosphere with emphasis on your own decision making instead of an overriding company policy.

Cons

Employees fight over customers due to commission. Everyone is trying to make as much money as they can, and very often sales people become pushy. Too often it is evident that people are there to make a profit.

Pros

Great hours, pay and people.

Cons

You can get stuck in a department that you don't want to be in and it can be hard to move to another one. Also, you are expected to do so much in terms of UPT's when business is slow.
