Flexible Schedule Great Benefites Room to transfer and be promoted

Cons

Inconsistent hours Long nights Have to be pushy towards customers and constantly told to open accounts for Nordstrstrom credit cards or else you can be written up Comission sales can get catty and ugly you MUST have to have a strong personality to work this job Returns can come at anytime of the year and customers can return items that clearly look used or worn High turnover in some departments
