Pros

- Great compensation if you sell a lot... - Tons of benefits - Good discount - Friendly fellow employees - Satisfaction of helping customers

Cons

- ...if you don't push sales on people then you get "pay period chats" where they basically talk down to you for not forcing sales on customers - Managers play favorites

Pros

Love fashion, product knowledge events, building a client base

Cons

Returns, returns, returns. You work on commision and you can sell the whole store but because of Nordstrom's rediculous open return policy, which attracts every scam artist on the planet, you eat the returns and there goes your paycheck.
