Pros
Management is supportive. Coworkers made the job awesome. You quickly learn that the Nordstrom standard is more than walking the bag around the counter - it is about providing exceptional service under every circumstance.
Cons
Exceptional service is a requirement, no matter how annoying or ridiculous the customer request. You can't say no. Hours can be long and store closing times may vary - you can end up staying up to two hours later than scheduled because Nordstrom won't close until the last customer leaves.
