Pros

commission structure--pay yourself with how hard you work discount opportunity to advance from sales to sales management, change in company structure has limited some of the opportunity beyond that.

Commission as income

Pros

Commission is motivational and your pay is decided by your hard work. This is good for the most part. Your personality is everything.

Cons

Their return policy....it's non-existant. Returns hurt the employee and the company. Many people abuse the return policy. This can be extremely frustrating.

Pros

Stores are a great environment to work in. The key is the store manager. The tempo of the store is lead by the store manager.

Cons

Some employees dress too casual and management does not address. Need better incentive for merchandise that is returned to be compensated.
