This company does not like to create a conducive environment for employees with disabilities such as mental illnesses and once you leave the company they may try and blackball you from ever being employed if you put them on your resume for them to verify employment, if they know anyone at your current employer they may call and blackball you. They may even have an employee at your new company sabotage your job by spreading lies or exaggerate behavior related to your mental illness that will damage your professional reputation.
