      Some clerical personnel are very lackadaisical and to stuff on their own time.

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity for growth, between others doing a half way job and 15,000 people retiring in the next 10 years makes for a good environment to get alot more responsibility quickly.

      Cons

      Expect to work a minimum of 6 days a week, any less and you'll not get anywhere. Union environment makes for a "us against them" workplace and can often make it difficult to get simple tasks done.

      Pros

      Good wages, not much else good the co-workers were in the same boat, a company that does not care about the employees

      Cons

      poor management. Poor disiplinary policies. a company that does not care about the employees. this is a company that only cares about the bottom line. you get hurt, you are in a war to get back to work.
