      No Work Life Balance and Low Pay for the Hours

      Pros

      Pretty good benefits and retirement. Ability to move up. Ability to move if you are interested in relocation. Stable company

      Cons

      Crazy hours. No work/life balance. Low pay for the hours required. Military style management. No creative thinking. Not really focused on improving the service.

      Great Training Program Excellent Starting Pay Ability to travel to other places Department Rotations are a great way to see all aspects of the company

      Cons

      Long Hours Glass ceilings for some No flexibility with time in transportation Operating department jobs have often led to divorce Can become trapped in certain departments, meaning when opportunities from other departments are possible, your department may deny interviews, promotions etc.

      Pros

      You will work with great people. Very strong company. Better than average benefits. Potential for advancement.

      Cons

      Managment has a very old school mentality. There are too many layers of managment, and it is only increasing. Lack of training when new products are brought in. Lack of vision of managment. Managment does not fully understand their environment or what is going on in it. Everyone you work with is taking interviews elsewhere, so turnover is starting to be an issue.
