Pros

Learn more then just oil changes and tire rotations. High volume of cars average 180-200 a day with some days reaching 240-260

Cons

The pay is low for the types of work you'll be doing, being micro managed from the point of you get the keys to the shipping the car out. Little opportunities to move up, either one of the line techs quits, gets fire or the rare occasion they want to expand. Tools are "provided" but only those used for oil changes and tire rotations, more specialized tools like for brakes(disc & drum), alignments, brake fluid extractor, pry bars, and axle nut sockets are not provided. A good 80-90% of the tools in my box are my personal tool I bought due to not being provided correct tools. Most oil/ air hose break, so they either get stuck, or the for air hose they are leaking.
