      Pros

      Great training, they teach you everthing that you need to know about car business, and company policies. One of the beat training that i have ever got

      Cons

      Not a good management, very bad general sales manager, they let inexperienced young kid to become a manager. Who treat employees and customer very bad

      Pros

      I liked the people and our managers were okay. The benefits package was good.

      Cons

      Very Bad pay. For what they want from you the bonuses are bad. The programs we use crash all the time and they still get on us for numbers. The managers are lost about how to fix the problems but they still expect us to get appointments. They promise better pay but we keep getting less each month. Many people believe the managers are liars and there is no money coming.
