The company is growing They are interested in employee development and opportunities They pride themselves on ethical treatment of employees and customers The retail auto industry is still a place where the American Dream can be built

Customers start from a place of skepticism and you have to work hard to earn trust With a lot going on it can be easy to get lost in the shuffle if you don't speak up Things continue to change in the company and industry but sometimes not as quick as you'd like
