      Pros

      Love coming to work. At Norm Reeves Ford and Hyundai Superstore and Hyundai the employees are friendly and professional. There's something to say when a company strives to provide the best customer service its customers. I believe that then translates to its employees as well. That's been my experience for sure.

      Cons

      There's always room for improvement in communication within departments. But I think that happens everywhere. I do believe the company is always trying to improve in this area.

      I just celebrated 20 consecutive years with Norm Reeves . We truly are a great company to work for and to grow with.

      For Sales, it's hard work, however, your paycheck is a reflection of your effort!

      I've been working with Norm Reeves Ford and this has been one of the best dealerships I have worked from my Co-workers, Techs, to management I receive all the Help and training I need properly to make my job Fun and easy to work with I will continue working at this dealership till I retire!!!
