      Pros

      Lunch every other Friday or so. You get to drive the new models around, and see what they have in them.

      Cons

      Low pay, very small raises given, most of staff is Spanish speaking only. Some conditions were unsanitary.

      Pros

      Service manager was great, very nice, helpful, understand that you have a life outside of work, and willing to help you if you need to leave early or take a day off.

      Cons

      Lack of employments that will put a burden on everyone else that has to make up for a person that let go or quit. Company does not pay well for the amount of work that you have to do.
