Strong products, tech teams are high performing, higher than average salary

Cons

Constant change in management decisions makes progression difficult. The plan is often not stuck with. Apprehension for positive change amongst teams, some teams are very stuck in their way. Company is also looking at cost savings, so stability is a concern.
