acceptable if you're starting IT career

Pros

- good colleagues - dog-friendly office with snacks - a lot of work. - should be ok place to start IT career.

Cons

- not experienced management and team leading. - poor communication between the clients and dev management. - some projects have extremely high attrition in both offshore/onshore locations. - you'd work for one project until it finished up even if it's long-running one (3+ years). - no opportunity for grow if you're not junior developer. There is no need for senior developers there as onshore teams are doing mostly support work. - in your team is split between onshore/offshore they'll expect you to work from 7 a.m to 7p.m. - layoffs are happening if funding stopped from the customer's company - in fact transfers between projects are very unlikely. - no trust between clients and dev teams. - no bonuses

Dog friendly environment, snacks, team lunches.

Cons

Only devs write their own tests. So essentially you have devs testing their own code, and not specialist doing it. Don't expect a 2 week notice if you get laid off. Internal politics. Leads tend to be from Lithuania or Estonia, so you're expected to keep 3 different time zones, so you can be up way early for a meeting, then work late into the day. If you're American expect to be treated sub-par. They would rather overengineer than make code readable.
