Difficult to change project. All projects in Estonia in Estonian language including documentation. Very difficult if not a speaker.

We understand that in Estonia, language can be a challenge for non-Estonian speakers since government projects and their documentation is in Estonian. Private sector’s projects on the other hand are more likely in English and can provide more diverse opportunities.
