Pros

They try to create a fun workplace. Management knows how to dress nice and look the part.

Cons

High turnover. Engineers leaving quickly. There's an impression that there are expert software developers at the top. But when you hit a hard problem, you are on your own. Plenty of vacation time for the people at the top. These folks would not bother to confirm my employment, violating their contrat. This after working very hard to pick up the pieces of another drop out developer and on-board and support the teams rapid progress.

Great firm, Nice Oppurtunities

Pros

Projects - The company is very aligned towards taking up projects that add value to their portfolio. So you'd be mostly working on an interesting project and not supporting a legacy application. Office - The office is overall nice, calm and there's free parking :). Kitchen is stacked with all sorts of snacks and beverages. Management - Managers closely work with you on regular 1-1's to establish clear goals and mentor them. Peers you work with are technology passionate and are always interested in hearing everyone's thoughts irrespective of your experience. There's an estonian way of doing things which is mostly being transparent and honest, I really liked working that way. Benefits - Great Health Care, Dental, ORCA Card.
