Pros

Due to the company size you will mostly feel a family atmosphere there. Good amount of vacations per year.

Cons

Weird work schedule, average salary, looks like the company is not trying to reach any big goal or "to be the best". They have their clients, they are doing a stuff, that's it. The professional level of engineers is average.
