Good pay to start with, pto time and insurance

Cons

You are treated as a regular line employee with no respect for your trade or skills. With the supervisors or line leads having no previous experience with welding at all you are treated unfairly. You are expected to help also and even fill in for non welding jobs. Alot of hours and alittle respect.

PTO package is awesome! Benefits stat from day 1 of employment. Overall this is a good company to work for, just wish career advancement opportunities were more available.

It is hard to advance with in the company. You basically have to know people who know people..
