      overworked on your feet for 10 hour shifts minimum, maybe longer

      Cons

      They hire unqualified people from outside the industry for supervisor positions, instead of qualified people from within who know what they're doing They let some people get away with doing nothing all shift while expecting others to do all the work required by themselves
