      Pros

      Company is mostly stable in the industry.

      Cons

      Little room for growth regardless of the department you work for. Lots of internal nepotism. Corporate restructure happens constantly and employees are given positions they are not qualified for. Several hold management titles and salaries without having management aptitude or skills to lead a team.
