      HR will refer you to management when company policy is not followed and personal information is leaked to other employees.

      Cons

      Reporting issues to HR is useless. This department will not help you. They cover the management back. Management will find ways to get rid of you if you fill out the survey that is not favorable to the company. HR will refer you to management when company policy is not followed and personal information is leaked to other employees.
