      Start pay is fair has good benefits.

      Cons

      Training is very poor and support for entry level positions. Management makes a lot promises and don't go through with it.

      Pros

      The O'Fallon MO HVAC headquarters was situated in a nice part of the large Winghaven Development. Easy to get to know your co-workers.

      Cons

      Where can I even start? Management cares only about themselves and their stock options, (undeserved) bonuses, and golden parachutes. Next to no meaningful communication--EVER. Each department, in a small company no less, is its own silo run by managers and directors who don't like each other and care even less. Gossipy, cliquish employees. Some employees work their tails off. Others sit around and surf the Internet and chit chat all day long (including long gab sessions in the ladies room). Benefits started off as mediocre and got worse. No innovation. Just knee-jerk and me-too reactions on management's part. It all comes down to management, or the severe lack thereof. They don't care. Why should we?
