      Prior to COVID, they had happy hours

      Culture is toxic. The CEO micro manage his team and gets involve regular decisions slowing progress. Typical CEO with a narcissistic personality. He is making everyone come to the office during a pandemic. Even if you have health conditions that might put you at risk.
