      Pros

      Environment is transparent and supportive, and all employees were committed to helping interns do well.

      Cons

      Smaller, so you can't sell yourself as having done a cohesive project. Also, they're a small company so even if you do well they can't guarantee you a full-time offer.

      Good people. Nice atmosphere. Decent PTO.

      Cons

      Upper management seems ineffectual at the factory level. Since the Nortek take-over business decisions seem random and by-committee.
