Pros

Charlie the dishman was kind and affirmed my dignity when others didn’t. Morgan the hostess was very attentive, kind and respectful towards all.

Cons

Hostile and cliquey environment, especially during training • Management failed to intervene in unprofessional or unsafe behavior • Trainer demonstrated favoritism, retaliation, and poor guest service etiquette • Passive-aggressive culture toward new hires who set boundaries • Poor communication from leadership; no clear expectations or support • Food safety violations witnessed during training (drinks being tasted in front of guests) • Feedback was not welcomed—any form of accountability or clarification was seen as “having an attitude” • Toxic culture disguised as “just how things are done here”
