Flexible work environment. Competitive sign on.

Cons

External is the only avenue for leadership hires. Promotions from within are not taken seriously. 3% merit increase MAX potential annually is held hostage to signing non-solicits, etc. Bonus held hostage on same legal restrictors.

Great company, values it's employees and works toward the common good. Upper management cares about what is going on, listens.

Cons

You need to apply the skills you have because you will not have a lot of training.
