Pros

Hybrid schedule, benefits are ok. People are nice.

Cons

Where to begin. Lots of turn over. Too many meetings that you can’t get your work done during the day. . Expect to work at least 12 to 15 hour days. Processes are so inefficient. Nothing runs smoothly. Be prepared to train yourself because nobody has time to help. Management is fake and will “ reorganize and eliminate positions” just to repost the same job under a different title. Lots of micromanaging. It is sink or swim. Expect to sink because their expectations are over the top. It is a complete crap show and brain drain. Blind leading the blind.

Pros

lots of experience learned Cool co-workers flexible location HR puts on event and gets food for you if in the office a few times a month Fridays are chill, so you can normally leave by 3, Depending on manager

Cons

lots of random work will be put on you, and you gotta just figure it out, if you dont youll get in trouble team is hit or miss, great or bad kinda toxic if you get a bad team expect to have to do alot of work and not get rewarded they say 10% bonus based on salary but make it impossible to get the 10%, expect like 2-4% and management says "thats good" no real process for work, each team does everything different training is pretty bad, they expect you to figure it out somehow you really have to mesh well or suck up to management to move up or get promoted expect to work late days, like 6-7pm, not often but a few times a month
