Pros

Numerous projects to tackle which allow employees to be successful, great mission and vision, superior culture, and nimble. If you have a desire to be successful, this company is great. True respect for providers and partner facilities. Quality of Care is at the center of all decisions.

Cons

Fast paced and asks a lot of the employees. This is great for hungry employees as there are opportunities for leadership and advancement. If you are looking for a slow paced job to just coast, this is not going to work out.

Our clinicians are all fully licensed and trained to ensure patient safety and positive clinical outcomes are the number one priority. We have a dedicated credentialing team to ensure physicians have met all legal requirements before performing any services. We never encourage physicians to sign off on patients before seeing the patient. We encourage our physicians to be compliant with proper documentation. We appreciate your feedback.

Inconsistent Business Practices

Business Outlook

Pros

The free hot and cold beverages.

Cons

Overall lack of consistent application of solid and strategic business practices. Poor leadership in the Accounting, Payroll, Business Operations and Human Resources Departments. The management in these departments should be replaced with professionals that understand how to create policies and consistently apply business practices. There is no structured compensation program, ongoing payroll issues, no career advancement except for those who are favored by management, etc.
