      Pros

      Amazing team work. Worked at this org for 8 years so far in a couple different positions if that tells you anything! Pay seems to be on track with other companies. Good incentives for RNs. IT department is very friendly and has great collaboration.

      Cons

      Benefits are not good. High premiums. A lot of places are out of network. No maternity leave. Have to pay extra for short term disability, and that won’t even pay your salary. Everyone rates benefits poorly every year in the engagement survey, but there’s been no change for the better.

      Pros

      Care about employees and their safety. They provide armed security on all campuses, relaxation rooms for staff, and pet therapy for the staff. They also care about helping staff advance their careers and offer several programs to assist in career growth.

      Cons

      Some units have high nurse to patient ratios which is not safe for the patients or the staff.
