Great place to work. Staff is all very friendly and welcoming. The over all positive vibe throughout the hospital makes coming to work less stressful.

Cons

Staffing floors based on the acuity of a horrible charting system leaves us short staffed, overworked, and unable to safely take care of patients. This has led to a problem with retention of nurses and nurse burnout. On top of that taking away our incentives for overtime shifts for the nurses that are actually willing to work overtime- is a slap in the face.
