Pros

Against traffic commute. Modern updated facilities and state of the art equipment and applications.

Cons

There is no standards for employee work. some work from home, most can't, some come in late and leave early, while others are strictly watched and disciplined. Some have little to no work or responsibilities, while other are over worked putting 50-60 hours a week. The Epic project is grossly mis-managed and is set for an Epic failure. How employees are being treated should be investigated by NGHS management.

Pros

Great work environment in nutrition services

Cons

The dietitian pay here is so low that it cannot compete with surrounding hospitals which is why they stay understaffed
