There are no cons about working at NGHS.

Worst benefits ever. Environment is very clicky. It's a circle of favorites of mgmt who survive and get promoted. It's an atmosphere of white superiority and sticking together to Demonize certain nurses who challenge their way of doing things. Complaints don't get resolved. They have incompetent charge nurses who they call PCFs who don't take patients. Some are good. Most not. They have a manager running too many units. Hires incompetent inexperienced nurses and they don't value seasoned nurses. Turnover is highest I've ever seen. Everyone variances petty stuff and they waste so much money here. Too many chiefs here and no Indians. 3-4 charge nurses working in day on one unit doing "office" but just sitting around talking bad about staff and manager who actually trusts these people and allows them to suck all the money out of nghs. Where is the ceo and why can't joint commission be the ones to oversee their operations?
