Pros

Working at Northeast Georgia is something to be much be proud of. There are some amazing doctors, nurses and behind the scenes people who truly care about the patients and want to do what they can to get the patient the best the treatment possible.

Cons

Management and supervisors are disconnected from what their people actually do. They need to know how to do their jobs and and those of them under them. They should listen to their good employees and take the things they say serious and work on improvement.

I work in the EVS Deptartment. Great management Flexible Schedule Amazing Medical and Benefits If you work hard, you will go far.

Cons

Nothing out of the normal. Sometimes frustrations caused by miscommunication between departments. Not usually and issue.
