      Pros

      The hourly wage was very good and above other hospitals for the professional. The manager had their favorite employees and if you were not on that list, you felt pretty worthless. Your thoughts, suggestions, etc. were not considered at all.

      Cons

      I can say that this was the worst hospital I have ever worked for. The management team that I worked under were not progressive with their management style; very punitive. It doesn't take any talent to being that type of manager.
