      Pros

      Great people to work with! The individual units really work as a good team. Met life-long friends there. Loved the actual job!

      Cons

      No recognition for the going above and beyond. LOTS of favoritism shown. When the managers like you, they shun everyone else. It makes it easy for people to advance but harder for GOOD people to advance. It's almost like a high school clique in the cafeteria. Senior management is disconnected from everyone else. Too busy trying to expand but letting their employees fall to the wayside.

      Vastly growing, core values taken very seriously. Good benefits.

      Cons

      The NGPG (the physicians side of the organization) is separately operated from the medical center. Do not expect to work for the medical center or that it is even managed by the human resources or the hospital. Does not run in sync with the hospital standards or core values.
