there is nothing good about this company

Cons

managers don't know how to talk to their employees. they hire people based on reference and not experience. the entire company favors certain people. if you get one warning (big or small) you'll get constant check-ins and not from your direct manager. horrible pay for the expectations they have. women get paid $3+ less than men. constant time off denials
