Generally a laidback job: clear responsibilities with lots of downtime in between.

Cons

Your client is effectively upper management and they can make the job a nightmare by being overly scrutinizing over details they don't understand. If anything occurs, which is inevitable, you'll end up taking the heat despite 99% of those things being out of your control. Raises are barely $1/year and the internal management has no idea how to promote based off of competence.
