It's a Dead End, Does What It's Supposed to Do.

Pros

Pay is decent. The job is easy. The turnover is incredibly bad and frequent, so much so that it is easy for almost anyone to get a job here.

Cons

Insurance is terrible. Management is bad (some account managers simply do not care). No room for advancement.

Pros

Easy job with a lot of free time, good for someone that is retired or looking to fill up time. The site manger will hire anyone in order fill a position no matter their experience, disability, etc.

Cons

No benefits, bonuses or incentives. There is no training what so ever and you just learn as you go. The guards never know what is going on in the building because management never informs them of daily happenings or briefs them after incidents in the building. The site manager is incompetent and pay raises are not based on the amount of time you have worked for the company and only go up based on the state minimum wage increase.
