No one at Northeastern can be bothered to do their job correctly (or at all).

Pros

The campus is nice (at least from the outside). The location in Boston is good, and it is easy to get to on either the orange or green lines.

Cons

Almost no one at Northeastern can be relied on to do their jobs. Secretaries, HR, the registrar all need to be harassed to get anything done. For example, my colleagues and I weren't paid one week because the secretary forgot to submit our time sheets, which is totally unacceptable.
