      Free classes (although there's talk of phasing this benefit out).

      Cons

      Management that fails to lead. Conflicting priorities amongst different constituents (e.g., professors don't want to teach; they want research dollars (which "buys" them out of teaching.). POLITICAL. Mediocre. Maniacal focus on SAT scores for incoming freshmen. Resistance to change. Management is tyrannical and full of themselves. Crazy high salary for senior professors and high-level administrators (deans, provost's office, president and his office). Deans making over $400K/yr and the president makes over 1 million (and that is just his salary, not bonuses or perks, like living in a 3 million plus house.

      convenient subway, best location, easy to find jobs, have very very good co-op programs which help students get working experience

      Cons

      too small, library is always full of people, boston is so cold
