Lots of interesting events on campus. Access to gym, pool, and library.

Cons

Health insurance is based in Massachusetts so many things done in California are out of pocket. Management in Boston has a separate agenda from folks in Oakland and generally treats staff there as second class.

-Wonderful colleagues -Excellent benefits -Terrific mentors -Great leadership -Fun place to work -Surrounded by cutting edge research and ideas

Cons

-HR department is worst in Boston; they offer terrible interactions by hiding behind emails and they don't fix issues in a timely manner (issues like missing paychecks!). -No pension offered
