      -Tuition Remission - good university facilities

      Cons

      - some of the most disrespectful and pitiful people to work with - inconsiderate of people's feelings and the amount of work that is pushed onto a person - constantly berates their employees creates an abusive and hostile work environment - do not work here if you can avoid it

      Benefits: Coverage, Holidays, PTO, Retirement all competitive

      Cons

      Management, Salary, Value for employees, Low-to-no merit increases (depending on year), Flexibility. No commuting incentive; no public trans discount and very little, VERY overpriced parking, which makes for a nightmare commute, unless you live nearby.

      Pros

      They pay higher than minimum wage, understanding and kind coworkers. They encourage you to continue your education through the school, and supports you with whatever you choose, even if it has nothing to do with your current job title.

      Cons

      It's really all about what department you're in. Some areas are better than others, especially if you're working with the professors. Most of them are perfectly normal people, but there's a few that border on unbearable with their inane requests and overall disrespectful behavior.
