If you contribute 5% of your salary to your 401K, they add another 10%! Free undergrad tuition for your children (if they are not admitted as freshmen, they will be admitted as sophomores as long as they get a B average at another college - they can take free classes as freshmen through Northeastern's College of Professional studies and transfer in!).

Cons

Some colleges do not support internal advancement. Employees need to leave their college and go to another school within Northeastern to be promoted (????). Insane business model! Great way to lose talent!

Extremely diverse, welcoming of everyone, Mentor is offered for new employees. Great place to work. Good benefits.

Cons

Poor instructions for onboarding, poor pay considering inflation and the cost of living. No road map for systems needed to complete your job.
