Money, can support your rent or food or addictions idk. Chill job on night shifts but messes with your sleep and body and hormones

Cons

Sleep issues, call out policy, suspensions if you miss a shift for regular proctors. RAs don’t face anything, they just have to do two more shifts instead of the one they missed
